Sehat AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help users understand medical lab reports. The service provides plain-language explanations, risk indicators, and summaries based on the content of uploaded documents.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information provided by Sehat AI is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sehat AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful account information.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Not share your account with others or allow others to access it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents that you do not have the right to share.

• Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

7. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all health documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing you the analysis. We do not sell or share your document content with third parties, except as required to perform the AI analysis (see our Privacy Policy).

8. AI Accuracy & Limitations

AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies. Sehat AI does not guarantee that any analysis is complete, correct, or applicable to your specific health situation. We strongly recommend verifying results with a qualified medical professional.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software in the App are the property of Sehat AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sehat AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
